Research use only and eligibility

All products are sold strictly for laboratory and research use. They are not drugs, supplements, cosmetics, or food, and are not intended for human or veterinary use. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that you are acquiring the products for lawful research purposes, and that you will handle, store, and dispose of them responsibly and in line with all applicable laws and regulations.

No medical claims

We make no claims that any product can diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Nothing on this site is medical, veterinary, or professional advice.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you, including any state or local restrictions. You assume all responsibility and risk for the purchase, handling, and use of the products once they are delivered.

Orders and payment

We currently accept payment by Zelle. Your order is processed once payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities, at our discretion. Prices and product availability may change without notice.

Shipping and restrictions

We ship within the United States. Because of state regulations, we currently cannot ship to Massachusetts or Connecticut. See our Shipping Policy for processing times and details.

Returns

Because of the nature of research materials, returns are limited. Please see our Returns & Refunds policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dream Compounds and Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products or website. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Dream Compounds and Wellness is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
