Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only. Because of state regulations, we currently cannot ship to Massachusetts or Connecticut. Orders to those states cannot be processed.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an update once your order is on its way.

Shipping rates

Shipping is charged at a flat rate, shown at checkout and included in your order total. Any applicable tax is also calculated at checkout.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will share it so you can follow your package to delivery.

Delays, lost, or damaged packages

Once a package leaves us, delivery timing is in the carrier’s hands. If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us right away and we will help resolve it.
