What to do if something is wrong with your order.
Research materials and returns
Because our products are research materials, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed items for safety and integrity reasons. This is standard practice for research chemicals.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo if possible. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
How refunds work
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Because Zelle is a bank-to-bank transfer, refunds are sent back to the same Zelle account used for the order.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We can usually help if the order has not yet shipped.
